Your Wedding Planning Bestie will be in charge of all communication with your wedding venue. This will include updating your venue on number of attendees, dietary requirements, table plans and anything else to alleviate any stress.

Shola Events will provide a point of contact on the day who will liaise with all suppliers and the venue to ensure your special day runs seamlessly. Your point of contact will stay until the evening reception has commenced.

If you would like your point of contact to stay for longer on the day, you can book extra time @ £35.00 per hour.

This is the schedule that your wedding planner will be using on the day to ensure everything is in place so the bride and groom can enjoy themselves without any hassle.

Once you have discussed with your wedding planner the type of suppliers you would like to have at your wedding, your wedding planner will send you a bespoke catalogue listing 2 of each wedding supplier for you to choose from. 

If you have any wedding suppliers in mind that you definitely want for your wedding day, you can send the details of the suppliers to your planner to  make the arrangements for you!
