"Fanciful Dreams" Wedding Planning Package
The 'Fanciful Dreams' wedding planning package is a 3 month guidance package that will ensure all plans are in place for your special day!
This package is perfect if you already have an idea of how you would like your wedding day to be.
You can select an available date for your 3 months of wedding planning to commence, then your wedding planner at Shola Events will handle the rest for you!
This package includes:
- Free Wedding Planning Telephone Consultation
- Phone call and e-mail communication for 3 months
Phone calls must be scheduled by appointment only.
You can book your appointments via e-mail, WhatsApp or Text Message.
- Budgeting
We will discuss your wedding budget so that you can be advised of the best options to bring your dream wedding to life, whilst fitting within your budget. You will also be advised on what is a realistic budget for your requirements.
- Wedding Supplier Search
Once you have discussed with your wedding planner the type of suppliers you would like to have at your wedding, your wedding planner will send you a bespoke catalogue listing 2 of each wedding supplier for you to choose from.
If you have any wedding suppliers in mind that you definitely want for your wedding day, you can send the details of the suppliers to your planner to make the arrangements for you!
- Wedding 'to do' list
Your wedding to-do list is everything you'll need to think about from start to finish but the great thing about this is, your wedding planner will manage this for you in a step-by-step style and keep you prompted to complete your tasks by their due date.
This means less stress for you as you enjoy completing bitesize wedding planning tasks within a timely manner!
- 50 x Save the date cards included
- Wedding Day Agenda
- A point of contact for venue and suppliers on the day
Shola Events will provide a point of contact on the day who will liaise with all suppliers and the venue to ensure your special day runs seamlessly. Your wedding planner will stay until all guests are seated for the wedding breakfast.
If you would like your point of contact to stay for longer on the day, you can book extra time @ £35.00 per hour.
