Baby Shower Package

Congratulations on your little bundle of joy, it’s time to have fun and spoil yourself and your baby! 

Our Shola Events team will plan your dream baby shower for you and all you need to do is arrive.

We recommend that you book with us at least 8 weeks before your desired baby shower date.

This package includes:

• A baby shower checklist 

Although we will be doing all of the planning, we still require information from you such as guest names and contact details, your desired theme etc. 
Our team will send you a checklist of things to complete so that we can do the rest!

• Invite and RSVP handling

Don’t worry about your invites being sent out on time or reminding your guests that your baby shower is coming up! We will post, e-mail, WhatsApp or iMessage out the invitations to your guests. We will send reminders approaching the date and handle all RSVP’s and apologies. 

• 30 invitations included 

We will include 30 invitations for you, just choose your design and we will do the rest. 

• Budgeting

Let us know your budget and we will do everything we can to ensure you have your dream baby shower, within your budget limit. 

• Venue finding (2 venues)

Let us know what you want in a venue and we will find 2 venues that match for you to choose from. 

• Decor finding 

Tell us the theme you would like at your baby shower and we will do the rest! 

• Party favour finding 

Although this event is about showering an expecting mother and baby... it is always nice to thank your guests for attending. We have tons of ideas for you to choose from! 

• Caterer finding (4 caterers)

Tell us what food you’d like at your baby shower and we will find 4 different caterers that best suit your requirements for you to choose from.

• Photographer finding 

Capture this special occasion professionally! We will find a photographer for you if you would like one.
