"Light Bulb" corporate event planning package

With our Light Bulb corporate event planning package, you can tell us your vision and Shola Events will make it happen for you.

Our Light Bulb corporate event planning package includes the below:

  • Initial appointment to discuss your bright idea!

We will schedule an initial phone appointment (up to 1 hour) to discuss what you require for your event, discuss ideas and your overall budget.


  • Venue search and site visit

We will search for 3 suitable venues that match your requirements and preferred location.

Once you have narrowed down your options, we will assist you on site visits to 2 of those venues (if you do not want to view the venues, we will do this on your behalf).


  • Suppliers 

We have a long list of recommended suppliers that we will liaise with on your behalf to supply any AV equipment, decor, marketing materials etc. 


  • Managing delegates

We will create an online booking system for your event where delegates can sign up, buy tickets and receive any updates regarding your event.


  • Communication

We will send out the final agenda (if required) to all delegates and send out 2 reminders of the event leading up to the start date. This will include important information such as directions, parking information and anything else they may need to know regarding the venue and event. 


  • Final details

We will be the main contact for your selected venue.

All communication regarding the finalised plan will happen between Shola Events and the venue e.g. agenda, equipment, venue contact on the day etc.


  • Accommodation (optional)

We will search for suitable accommodation local to the venue (2 different accommodation choices). Rooming lists and delegate requirements are managed directly through Shola Events. 


  • Delegate point of contact 

We will be the main point of contact leading up to the event (for 7 days) for any questions delegates may have. 

Most last minute questions and amendments tend to happen the week before arrival. Having Shola Events as a main point of contact for your event will help to avoid stress for both you and the delegate as we will always respond in a timely manner. 


  • On the day

A member of our team will be at the venue on the day for 2 hours to ensure the event runs seamlessly (may incur travel costs). 

If you need a member of staff for longer than 2 hours, please check our add-on's page to add extra time. 


  • Feedback 

Once the event has ended, we will request feedback from all delegates (which is optional for the delegate). 48 hours after the request has been sent out, we will collate the feedback that has been returned, organise the feedback and send straight to the main organiser.
